• As is, the property is listed as agricultural and appraised at $60,000.  The appraisal for development purposes is $200,00.  We settled on $120k for the sale price
• Fire Dept. will have the responsibility of rezoning.
• No impact to the Memphis campus
• Money received will go into operating funds
  • $12k of that will go for new building signage at Memphis and Salem
