Ministry Assistant – Students

The student ministry assistant- New Albany Campus supports the student ministry team at the New Albany campus by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and organizing ministry-related events and logistics. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through effective record-keeping, volunteer coordination, and budget tracking. As a key team member, the administrator helps uphold the church’s mission by providing reliable, faith-centered administrative support.

Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for Graceland guests, callers, staff, and members. This role welcomes visitors, answers and transfers phone calls, monitors building access, checks front desk email and voicemail, assists with basic office technology and church systems, receives and routes mail and deliveries, provides helpful information, and supports ministry assistants. The ideal person is friendly, dependable, organized, discreet, and comfortable serving others with professionalism, warmth, and prayerful care.
