Ministry Resident
The Ministry Resident program is a two-year leadership development opportunity for individuals preparing for ministry leadership in the local church. Residents work 20 hours per week in an associate-level ministry role, leading and developing volunteer teams while gaining practical ministry experience. Through theological training, community formation, and hands-on leadership responsibilities, residents grow in spiritual leadership, disciple-making, team development, and ministry effectiveness. Each resident is mentored by a senior staff member and receives intentional coaching as they prepare for future ministry service. The ideal candidate is a committed follower of Jesus, a Graceland member, and called to gospel ministry leadership.
