Church Administrator/Bookkeeper

The church administrator/bookkeeper supports the Operations Group by managing bookkeeping functions, coordinating communications, and organizing ministry related events and logistics. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through effective record-keeping, volunteer coordination, accounts payable/receivable processing, and budget tracking. As a key team member, the administrator helps uphold the church’s mission by providing reliable, faith-centered administrative and financial support. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and move work forward independently when guidance is limited.

The Graceland.Church Facilities Team Lead will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of the church property to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all church activities and visitors. This role’s primary focus will be on grounds and general facilities functions. This includes landscaping, lawn care, and outdoor and indoor repairs to maintain the aesthetics and functionality of the church grounds.
