Ministry Assistant – Kids Ministry
The Ministry Assistant – Kids Ministry position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks in support of the projects and initiatives of the Kids Ministry Team. The Administrative Assistant will primarily support the Preschool and Elementary ministers, and recess ministry to do less by leading more and will report directly to the Family minister.
Housekeeper
The Housekeeping role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for those who enter and participate in a Graceland service or other related events by maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of church facilities, including daily cleaning tasks like vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, and emptying trash while ensuring the building is presentable for worship services and other church activities.
Soul Care Director
Graceland Baptist Church is seeking a Soul Care Director for its New Albany, IN campus. The Soul Care Director at Graceland Church helps individuals to reframe their experience in light of Scripture. As part of the Soul Care team at Graceland Church, the Soul Care Director will be responsible for providing intentional discipleship to members of the church and people in the community and oversight to staff Soul Care Associates. The person in this role will also help recruit, train, and lead lay-counselors in doing the work of soul care for others. The position serves as an extension of the Elder Team but is not responsible for carrying out church discipline. With a strong foundation in faith and counseling techniques, the Director helps individuals navigate life’s challenges, offering guidance and encouragement on their spiritual journey.
