We have two vacant lots that are assets of the church.

 

Lot 152, Mohawk 2 of Lake Tansi Village, Cumberland County, TN

This .285-acre lot was deeded to the church on April 20, 1987. The estimated value is $30,000.
Recommendation: Market price sale.

 

Lot 228, Crystal Lake Subdivision, Oldham County, KY

This .292-acre lot was deeded to the church on September 17, 1987. The estimated value is $30,000.
Recommendation: Market price sale.

 

The proceeds of these sales will go towards our upcoming Generosity Campaign.

Per our Bylaws, members are required to vote on the acquisition or distribution of church property. The Elder Team is presenting this matter to the church body and recommending that we sell the two vacant lots at market value.

This vote will take place on Sunday evening, February 16, at 6:00 PM as part of our All Campus Gathering, held at the New Albany campus.

The vote will be “Yes” to affirm the sale of both properties or “No” to decline the sale of both. We will not be voting on each property individually.
